FORMS OF COMMUNICATIONS

We all produce two forms of communication from which the experiences of our lives is fashioned.
  1. We conduct internal communication
  • things we picture
  • things we say
  • things we feel withing ourselves.
2. We conduct external communication
  • words we say
  • tonalities
  • facial expression
  • body posture
  • physical action to communicate to the world.
All action we do have an effect on us and other people. All behaviors and feelings find their original roots in form of communication. The only ones who control their thoughts, feelings, and actions are those who know how to use this tool of power.
Think of John F Kennedy, Thomas Jefferson, Martin Luther King, Jr Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Mahatma Gandhi, and a much grimmer vein Hitler. What did these people have in common? They all were master communicators. They were able to vision and communicate to the world. Your level of communication determines your level of success with others. Successful people's lives have shown us over and over again that the quality of lives is determined not by what happens to us, but rather what we do about what happens. Nothing has meaning unless the meaning we give it. This blog is about producing results, think about it, isn't it that you want? To change how you feel about you and the world. The truth is you can control your mental activities and your behavior to a degree you never believed was possible before.
If you are depressed, you created that yourself and can control it if you do not want to be depressed anymore. In order to be depressed, you have to view your life in a specific way. You have to say certain things to yourself in just the right tone of voice. You adopt a specific posture and breathing pattern. You create this yourself and by doing so, you become depressed. If you wish to change your state, you just have to do the opposite and you will not be depressed anymore. For example, when you drink excessive alcohol or drug use you create low blood sugar in your body which creates depression. "for every disciplined effort there is a multiple reward" - Jim Rohn. My point here is that you can discipline your internal communication and view this world the way you want it and be in any state you wish regardless the situation you are in. It is hard work and requires practice but you can.
